Patrick AB 53, packed everything up ,shipped everything to Bitburg,made S/Sgt in HF Radio operator,good duty, at Bitburg,married in town and also on base 1956,reception at The Albach,our favored place.went back there several times and owners still had our photos. Was with 1st Pilotless,then585th PBS.made one trip to Tripoli,watched the Patient Wife lift off. Was NCO in charge of new commutation equipment delivered to Bremen.Still owe Sgt. In HQ phone shoulder pads. Still looking for William W.Jackson in Louisville. Went back to Bitburg several years ago, visited old Comm building site on base with son-law who was with NATO AWAX.
