I was in first class for missile guidance at Lowry and graduated Dec 1, 1951. I then was sent to Patrick as member of 1st Pilotless Bomber squadron.
I worked in Missile Guidance repair shop. In late 1953 I was kicked out of the squadron along with most of the electronics people as we did not have sufficient time left to go overseas.
I then worked in 6555th missile support squadron where I operated one of the missile Shanicle guidance stations and spent last 9 months of service at the station in Pompano Beach Florida.
I assisted Quint (Mickey) Hart getting an annual reunion of 1st and 69th people starting about 1982. I stopped attending about ten years ago and no longer have contact with any members.
Wife died and I moved to Houston area after 50 years in Arizona.
