My Dad, James Rodney of the 454th. Airborne Missile Maint. Sq., Has passed away. I know he enjoyed staying in touch with friends he made in the Air Force on this site. 3 years ago, he purchased a model kit of a Mace missile for us to build together, but sadly his parkinsons left him unable to participate in the actual construction of it. Still, when I would show up to work on it in the garage, he would pull up a stool and we would shoot the breeze while I worked on it. Fond memories of that summer that I will cherish.
