What a really neat website! Great job, Joe! I haven't missed a reunion yet and hope to be around for the last one. For those who can't say the same, you really don't know what you are missing. The camaraderie and memory 'jolts' are just fantastic. I can't say enough for the really superb work put into getting these reunions going and establishing our TacMissileers website. Kudos, also, to Bob Bolton for the pictorial of Site 3 Gruenstadt and his first effort as newsletter editor. Bob was the mech 1 on our crew at Gruenstadt. Capt Charles Cage was the L.O., A2c Teets was the mech 2 and I was the crew chief. That was just one complete crew of 4 that I was on. Barney Lambert, nice to see your pictorial of your tour at Hahn. How's Mary? Barney was my NCOIC at Vandenberg in l969 while in the Director of Communication and Instrumentation, Quality Control office. Ludwig Koeniger, Johnny Marney was at the reunion in Dallas, but, wasn't at Orlando. Koeniger and I trained together prior to going to Germany. Marney was our instructor while we were at Holloman. Regarding the 'Wanted Posters', here is how it came about. Beryl Ristine (a classmate at Lowry prior to Sembach) had the foresight to collect discarded Pass and ID photos while at Sembach. Remember how 4 or more pictures were taken, then one was selected, and the rest tossed? Well, Beryl simply removed them from the trash can when he was there for his picture. Beryl had them in a footlocker for thirty plus years, wrapped in rubber bands. Having known about them for 20 plus years, I asked Beryl if he would mind if I copied them and got them to Joe for the website. He concurred so there they are. The originals will be at each reunion. Unfortunately, Beryl only made a few trips to the Pass & ID office, but what he did get is a real 'gold mine'. Thus the 'High Sheriff' and the 'Gold Miner'. Looking forward to seeing old acqaintences as well as Micro Midget competitors, especially Goggans. You, too, Ted Hollins. Love those sports cars and Mini Coopers.
