On the Sembach site, there was a question put forth as to who had actually launched a Matador or Mace. Some had down in Libya in mid to late 50's. My question is 'Did Mace ever get launched at NAMFI, (the NAtoMisslileFiringInstallation) on the island of Crete? After the AF, I worked for Bendix on a EMC instrumentation van destined for NAMFI. NATO bought all the goodies to make a (short)range proving ground.
