Jimmie u must be dreaming, if u remember, we both worked for Lew Shields and started the museum, the first balloons were launched from the parking lot of Coronado Mall in l971, had 13 balloons, we started the museum on base in fall of 69, moved the fat man and little boy from parade field which was first units in that place. as u said it is now in old town since 01 when they closed the base as far as the museum was concerned. only a few items are in the place in old town mostly Nuclear related items as it is run by Sandia Corps. good to see u remember some Jim take care and hope all people come and see the balloons in Oct usually we have in excess of 800 balloons quite a site. take care and Happy New Year to all.
