Noted in the HUD statement:

Property has been verified \"Decommissioned\" and cleared from the Russian\'s \"First Strike\" target list per SALT Agreement 1987.

Atlas-F ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile) not included. (Begs the question \"where is it?\")
