What a great experience. Was on Launch 1-9 with Capt Bill Hughes, Sgt Bill Powell and Airmen Bob Simms. Was on duty the night we shut the birds down. Kinda eerie. Would love to hear from some of the guys that were there during that time.

Crew Chief in the guidance shop Stationed from June 63 to June 65 at the 38th TMW, Sembach as crew chief (AIC) in the MACE Missile Guidance Shop. Also troubleshot Guidance System failures at the launch sites when they did away with the Goodyear Tech Reps. Later reassigned Atlas Missile program at Patrick AFB prior to ending my military tour (4 years 1 month). Had Great times at Sembach, of course Lowry (Denver), Orlando and Cape Kennedy weren't bad assignments either. Still remember Sgt's. Taylor, Bailey, and Anderson. Hopefully they are all well and enjoying retirement. Best to all my friends who were stationed at Sembach AB.

Spent 2 and a half wonderful years at Site 5, south of Kirchburg. Before, during, and after the shelters were put up. I'm the one who fell off of a missle, while sweeping snow off of it, and broke a collor bone. Those were some really great days and wish I could relive them. I will be at the reunion in Tucson next May, as I only live about 100 miles north of the site.

Hi, I am a reporter of United Daily News in Taiwan. I am writing a story about Matator in service at Tainan in Taiwan period 1957-1962, so I am looking for some Matator photos at Tainan too. Fortunatly I find some photos of Matator which I am interesting in your web site. They are in ERIC TRIMBLE'S 17th TMS MATADOR PICTURES and James Brown's Tainan 58. I would like to contact the photo owmers. Please tell me the e-mail address of the photo owners or the way to contact them. Thanks.
