Attended the Reunion and met a lot of MISSILEERS. Missed a lot that didn't attend. The Missileers Officers put on a GOOD show and I commend for an outstanding 'Job Well Done'. Would like to see more of you Missileers at the next one.

I was in FTD at Sembach on two tours from 1959 to 1966. I was transfered into the 38th for a short time before I rotated to the States.

I really enjoyed the site, I didn't know that much about what my Dad did, since I was only born in 1961 in Landstuhl, he was 'Mike' HODGDEN worked as a firefighter, was on the bowling team. I still have his area badge! It has on it 587th TacMissileGru, SuppRon(TM). Could someone tell me what SuppRon(TM) stands for? Also, since it has 587th Group, was there a 587th Squadron? Believe it or not I still have his silver nametag (metal)with the missile on it.I also have a patch, I didn't see it on the site it has the same design as the 38th TMW, but says 38th Air Base Group Did you guys or who wore this patch. It's too bad my Dad didn't get a silver missile badge, he was with missiles 1st Exp. Missile Group at Eglin AFB in 49 and 50. That's when the missilemen moved to Patrick and he went to Eniwetok with the AEC, then 10years later he is back with the same missiles they were testing. Thanks again, If anyone knew him or can answer the questions please E-mail me.

Hilde and I will be coming to the BIG SHINDIG in Denver this year. It will be a 'good thing' to see some familiar faces from a time in history appreciated mostly, but not at the time, by the participants. MOSTLY, we all just really like German BEER!!! Nein?

Would like to connect with those that worked in the Oberweis area. I think that was the name. It was about five miles west of Bitburg. I was an maintenance instructor in Orlando prior to Bitburg.

I was in the 1st PB squadron from 1954 to 1955 when I was discharged. I thought it might be fun to contact some of the guys that were in the squadron with me.

Great to read thru the guest book. I found several of the guys from the 868 and one that was on my crew. I was a weaponeer and Hank Tracy was the A&E guy for our crew. Major Lee Schoen was our LO who later became the squadron exec when the R&R plane went down in Hong Kong. Wish I could make the Denver reunion but other matters prevail. Look forward to the next one wherever it might be.
