Mech.1 (Guidance System). Crew Chief was Lee Kyser (who conspired with Beryl Ristine on the Wanted Posters on this page. Nuke Weapons guy was Joe Razidlo. Launch Officer was Major Finky. I'd love to hear from anyone who shared the TAC missile experience. My life is good. Still on my first wife and the kids both turned out well.

#1 Mechanic , electronics. Crew chief was John wellbeloved. Some of my best friends were, Chuck Margeson. Frank Maher, Perkster, My whole crew, most of the names I can't remember, Served on all 3 sites. Remember Capt Duffy, Lt Joe Womble, What was that black Capt name?

i was a mech 5 on capt banks crew on my first tour and an instructor at orlando from 1962 until 1966 when i returned to kadena . i also created the squadron ham radio station at kadena and ran many phone patches back to the world for lots of folks.

WENT WITH 11TH TMS TO SEMBACH IN 56...CHANGED TO 587TH THERE ...WAS IN COMM/GUID AS GROUND RADIO REPAIR...DID DUTY IN LYBIA AND LANDSBURG....I WAS AT LAUNCH SITE IN LYBIA WHEN THE BIRD LOST ALL GROUND CONTROL AND WAS DESTROYED OVER THE MED....STILL REMEMBER THE NOMADS GETTING TO THE WHITE HOT BOTTLES PRIOR TO OUR OWN CHASE VEHICLES...RECRUITED PROMISED ME DUTY WITH SAME OUTFIT IN GERMANY...JOINED THE NAVY AND RETIRED .....ALWAYS FOUND A WAY TO GET INTO TROUBLE IN THE AF BUT WILL NEVER REGRET THOSE DAYS..

Was a Mech #2 on Capt Harms crew with SSgt Provoncher and Bob Arnold. So many memories .. Seeing the many photos of the block houses, the shelters, (and without the shelters!) and trying to stay awake on the night shifts .. Send me a line if you recall me.

I enjoyed the firs reunion in Las Vegas and am looking forward to the next one in Orlando,Fla. I was one of the guys who built the training site at 'A'flt Sembach and was on the training crews with Capt Neilson,Sgt Painter,and Airman Bond,as well as with the later upgrade of the site with Maj.Robison,Sgt Lischka,A1c Baird,and our Civ.advisor Jack Conniff. We trained the crews and had a great time meeting a lot of great guys in the three years I was stationed at Sembach air patch. I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of the guys at the next get together. thanks to Joe Perkins and the rest for the great web site that we can visit. See ya in Oct 2001 Johnny

I love it but I'm changing from Juno (it stinks) to AOL, so I now have a new address. I hope to hear from other old buddies. I found some great old pictures, but I was using slide film back then, so I've gotta figure something out. Some other names I thought of: Joe Rea, Lou Yacco and Fred Mergle.

Worked on the 'A' Bird guidance system. Took over as crew chief from Ken Collingwood - remember him, great guy. Also remember SMS Fournier and Tsgt Bill Thomas? My only problem is I can't remember the site number - I think it was 5. While looking through the e-mail notes I saw some great old names - Lyscik, Martin, Esposito, Maas, Wiese, Dahl, Ruiz, Glazer and Renninger (I thought I was the left fielder on that softball team). Anyone heard from Bayliss, Quatrochi, Putnam, Doi or Heymans? Remember Lautzenhausen and all those bars?

Really great to see everyone in Grapevine, We need to get more 586th people there next year. Marty Dave and Chico all looked great. Someone please help me get a hold of Joe Ellis, he lives in Paliuyup (S) Washington. No Phone # or e-mail address that works.
